Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The service was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The location was ideal, right next to the open-air onsen and conveniently close to shops. The dining was delicious, although options were not always available. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.
Staying at this traditional Japanese-style hotel was a truly immersive experience. While the rooms had a ton of history and showcased beautiful Japanese aesthetics, some might find the furniture and wall paintings slightly outdated. However, the low platform bed on tatami mats added to the charm of the room, which was still in good condition overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was great, right next to Sainokawara Park and surrounded by souvenir shops and street food vendors, but the room I had wasn't the cleanest, especially the bathroom. The service, however, was exceptional with very kind and friendly staff. The dining experience was delicious and filling, particularly enjoying the salmon and miso-siru, but the facilities were lacking a bit.
